MISSION:
- Create at a national level a state of awareness of the impact each one has on the environment.
- Classify all the goods and services depending on their aggression on the nature and using those with the least negative impact on the environment
- Transforming the Romanian people from passive citizens in active citizens who knowing the situation choose to protect the nature, protect their health and their families, and create the premises that the next generations may enjoy the beauty of nature, at least in the same measure that we today enjoy.

VISION:
In any modern society the State is the biggest consumer of the respective country.
Until now the world nations have looked for solutions through which to convince its members, the consumers, to become more responsible toward the environment.
All kinds of solutions are being looked after, from the education to the economic and financial constraints. In the last 30-40 years, since the world nations have such preoccupations, the results are much under the expectations, and the pollution effects seem to become irreversible if we do not act efficiently and URGENTLY !

The solution brought by the ROMANIAN ECOLOGICAL PROJECT is that the Romanian State, which is the biggest consumer of the country, would become un model of responsible consumer.
Before the State asks the Romanian population to protect the environment the State must be an example for all the layers of the society, from the ordinary citizen to the civil society and the economic institutions.

HOW?

All the political authorities must assume this desideratum: Reform the Romanian State through legislative changes that would allow as well as obligate the functioning of the State as an example of responsible consumer toward nature.
The civil society must take action toward any action that has damaging effects on the environment.
We, the Romanian citizens, must come out of the indifference, of accepting the reality as others make it for us. The nowadays adult generation must take action in order to give hope to our children and grand-children.

We can change in GOOD the world we live in, if it starts with me.

ACTION

- All the purchase on public money to be „green purchase”, e.i. goods and services that have a minimum impact on nature, in all the stages: production (reusable material), use (reduced energy consumption), post-use (recycling). Example: recycled paper, electrical cars, solar pannels, organic food in hospitals and schools, etc.
- At the same time all the public investment should have as main objective the least aggression on the environment. On long term: to keep the biodiversity, to remake the ecological balance, to create the premises of a lasting economic development.
- The public employees to be informed, instructed and educated so that they become models for all the population, especially the young generation. Ex. From smoking in the public institutions, from printing on both sides of the recycled paper, reduce at maximum the utilities waste at work-place knowing that the public employees are responsible of the citizens money as well as of the nature.
- The civil society, through its institutions: NGO’s, Church, Trade workers, Mass-Media, must promote and become militant for the environment, for LIFE.
- In general the civil society must exercise a constant pressure so that the State would become and remain an EXAMPLE OF RESPONSIBLE CONSUMER TOWARD THE ENVIRONMENT.

INSTEAD OF CONCLUSION

The Romanians who feel responsible toward the world we live in, toward the heritage that we’ll leave to the generations, are welcome to join us in our endeavor to change for GOOD the mentality and behavior of those around, of our nation and in the end of the PLANET.

MAY THE 1ST OF OCTOBER BE THE BEGINNING OF RETURN TO NATURE !

WE HAVE DAMAGED A LOT AND ARE RESPONSIBLE TO REPAIR. OUR EFFORTS WILL BE REWARDED BECAUSE ALL THAT IS GOOD FOR NATURE IS GOOD FOR US AS WELL!
